Just make sure that you aren't taking other stuff with Tylenol in it at the same time. Most of the cold remedies have Tylenol too, and it can build up in your liver and be harmful. Tylenol PM is just tylenol with benedryl, so if you don't need the pain reliever, just take benedryl to sleep. The best thing is it's not addicting like some sleep aids. Good stuff actually.
My husband had this same love affair before we met. He broke up with it when we started dating. Apparently I bore him enough for him to go to sleep at night now. :)

i should probably clarify...i only take this when i have a headache...at night...although i do love the way it makes me sleepy. :)
